The Legal & Halakhic Layer
The Problem
Israeli cemeteries are collapsing under demand. No land. No approved alternative.
The Solution
Direct earth burial in linen shrouds - the original Halakhic norm. "For dust you are and to dust you shall return." The Right to Alternative Civil Burial Law (1996) enables this. Legal structure: Benefit Corporation - like Menuhat Olam, licensed since 2014.
